At Gunnazon, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • All original seals, tags, and labels must be intact

  • Ammunition that has been opened, handled, or tampered with cannot
    be returned for safety and legal reasons

Non-Returnable Items

Due to federal and state regulations governing ammunition and firearms-related products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or unsealed ammunition

  • Ammunition showing signs of tampering or damage

  • Hazardous materials (primers, powder)

  • Items prohibited by law from resale

  • Special order or custom items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at gunnazonllc@gmail.com

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the damage

  3. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label

  4. Upon inspection, we will issue a full refund or replacement at your choice

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email gunnazonllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for
    return

  2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

  3. Ship items in original packaging with RMA number clearly marked

  4. Returns without an RMA number will be refused

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is
    due to our error

  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to non-defective returns

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective/Damaged Items: We cover return shipping

  • Changed Mind/Other Reasons: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for items lost in transit

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled
