Shipping Overview

Gunnazon ships ammunition and firearms-related products throughout the United States in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on product type, weight,
and destination. Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure safe and compliant delivery.

Ammunition Shipping Requirements

Due to federal regulations (DOT 49 CFR) and carrier policies:

  • Ammunition is classified as ORM-D (Other Regulated Material - Domestic) or Limited Quantity

  • Ammunition ships via ground service only (no air transport)

  • Ammunition cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes

  • A physical street address is required for all ammunition orders

  • Adult signature may be required upon delivery

State Restrictions

Ammunition shipping is restricted or prohibited to the following locations:

  • California: Requires licensed ammunition vendor; we cannot ship directly to consumers

  • Connecticut: Requires valid permit; verification required before shipping

  • Illinois: Requires valid FOID card; verification required before shipping

  • Massachusetts: Requires valid FID or LTC; verification required before shipping

  • New Jersey: Requires valid firearms purchaser ID or permit; verification required before shipping

  • New York: Restrictions vary by county; verification may be required

  • Washington D.C.: Ammunition sales prohibited

  • Hawaii: Restrictions apply; contact us before ordering

State laws change frequently. It is your responsibility to ensure you can legally receive ammunition in your jurisdiction. Orders placed to restricted states without proper verification will be cancelled and
refunded.

Age Verification

  • You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase ammunition

  • By placing an order, you certify that you meet the legal age requirement

  • We reserve the right to request age verification before shipping

  • Carriers may require adult signature (21+) upon delivery

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically (ground shipping only)

  • Oversized or heavy orders may incur additional shipping surcharges
    Order Tracking

  • Tracking information is emailed once your order ships

  • Track your order via the carrier's website or your Gunnazon account

  • Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Inspect all packages upon delivery

  • If your package arrives damaged, document with photos and contact
    us within 48 hours

  • For lost packages, contact us after the estimated delivery date has passed

  • We will file a claim with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. All orders must be shipped to addresses within the United States.

APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

We cannot ship ammunition to military APO/FPO/DPO addresses due to carrier restrictions and regulations.
